About Online Ticket Sales
Tickets can be bought online from 00:00am 60 days before the cruise date up until
1 hour before departure.
Even if a cruise was shown to be full up until 1 day before departure, additional seats may become available on the day. We can sometimes provide 1 to 30 additional seats, so please check our website again.
+Ticket sales for each cruise will end as soon as all seats are taken.
About Ticket Sales at the Counter
Tickets will be sold at the counter in our ticket center from 30 min. before the first cruise of the day until 15 min before departure.
Please understand that it is only possible to buy tickets for cruises that day.
+The ticket center is normally busy at assembly time (15 min. before departure). Please arrive with time to spare.
Cancellation because of Bad Weather
Where possible, we will decide at least 1 hour in advance if we can operate.
However, please understand that cruises may be cancelled with little or no notice because of sudden bad weather.
