Another company has begun providing a service of similar content and of a similar name to Otaru Canal Cruise. Please confirm that you have the right company before making a reservation or coming to our ticket center.
Reservations for private charter cruises should be made at least 5 days in advance.

Cancelation fees:
- 2 to 7 days before: 20% of the ticket/charter price
- The day before: 50% of the ticket/charter price
- On day of cruise: 100% of the ticket/charter price
When cruises are cancelled because of bad weather:
If cruises are cancelled because of bad weather, we will update our operating status as soon as possible. We normally do so 1 hour in advance.
Please be sure to check if we are operating before coming to our ticket center/boarding area.
Please understand that cruises may be canceled just before departure if the weather changes suddenly.
+We will provide a full refund if we cancel your cruise.
