If you would like to take our canal cruise, please come to the ticket office, or book in advance using the contact form. Bookings by telephone can normally only be made in Japanese.
Ticket sales for each cruise close 15 minutes before departure. Even if you you have booked in advance, please be sure to come to the Ticket Center at the Chuobashi Bridge and purchase your tickets by this time.

This discount is available to any group of 15 or more people.
Discount for people with disabilities (20%)
This discount is available to anyone who can present documentation showing that they have some form of physical or intellectual disability, and to one other person who is able of care for them.
Discount for Otaru residents
This discount is available to anyone who can present identification showing that they live in Otaru and any other people in their group. Forms of identification that can be used include drivers licenses, health insurance cards and residence cards issued in Japan.
